Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment

of Judy White, Q.C. as Assistant Deputy Minister, Indigenous Affairs and

Reconciliation, with the Office of Indigenous Affairs and Reconciliation, Office of

the Executive Council, effective immediately, at her current salary and point scale on

the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary

increases applicable to Executive to apply.
