Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ted Lomond as
Deputy Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, effective April 28, 2021, at his
current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step
progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, in
accordance with terms and conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
