Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Brendan

Hanlon as Assistant Deputy Minister, Municipal Affairs, in the Department of

Municipal and Provincial Affairs, effective immediately, at his current salary and

point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and

general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
