Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Carmela

Murphy as Special Advisor, Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation in the Department

of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation, with effect from April 28,2021 to May 25,

2021, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with

normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to

apply.
