Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council

is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture to issue to

Ms. Coolene Brake and Mr. Jamie Brake, the following:

1) a Crown lands grant for approximately 1900 square metres with a 30 metre frontage

at Jarvis Road, Irishtown-Summerside as defined in application CL-156791 for the

purpose of a residential grant subject to standard terms and conditions placed on

Crown lands grants; and

2) the issuance of a licence to occupy for an access road to the property for 500 square

metres with a 15 metre frontage and a 34 metre length as defined in application#CL-

157131.
