Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Nadine
Devereaux as Assistant Deputy Clerk of the Executive Council, on an acting basis,
effective May 17,2021, with a salary at Step 11 on 1500 Point Scale of the Executive
Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases
applicable to Executive to apply. (Revoked by OC2021-217)
