Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Brian Evans as
Special Advisor to the Intergovernmental Affairs Secretariat, effective June 1, 2021,
at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal
step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply. (Revoked by OC2021-217)
