Lands Act
Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council
is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture to issue to
Ms. Melissa Anne Ford a Crown lands licence to occupy as defined in application CL-
155368 for the purpose of a cottage and subject to standard terms and conditions placed
on Crown lands licences.
