Environmental Protection Act
Under the authority of subsection 111(1) of the Environmental Protection Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations entitled “Waste
Management Regulations, 2003 (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with the
Clerk of the Executive Council.
