Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and the

Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to restructure

the Department of Immigration, Population Growth and Skills, effective May 11,

2021, to consist of all those functions formerly within the Department of Immigration,

Population Growth and Skills, with three branches as follows:

a) Immigration and Population Growth;

b) Employment and Labour Market Development; and,

c) Corporate Services and Policy.
