Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Scott Barfoot
as Assistant Secretary to Cabinet, Communications, in the Communications and
Public Engagement Branch in the Office of the Executive Council, effective May 25,
2021, with salary at Step 10 on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation
Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to
Executive to apply.
