Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the

Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Peter Fitzgerald as

Private Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor in the Office of the Executive Council,

effective May 26, 2021, at his current salary and pay scale, with normal step

progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply and with

benefits to include payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland
