Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the
Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint David Brown as
Special Advisor to the Lieutenant Governor in the Office of the Executive Council,
effective May 26, 2021, until June 11, 2021, at his current salary and pay scale, with
normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply. (Revoked by OC2021-170)
