Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Sean Dutton as
Deputy Minister of Digital Government and Service Newfoundland and Labrador,
effective April 28, 2021, at his current salary and Point Scale under the Executive
Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases
applicable to Executive to apply.
