Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Sean Dutton as

Deputy Minister of Environment and Climate Change, on an acting basis, effective

April 28, 2021, in addition to his duties as Deputy Minister of Digital Government

and Service Newfoimdland and Labrador, with no change in salary as a result of this
