Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Pierre Tobin as

Assistant Deputy Minister, Energy, in the Department of Industry, Energy and

Technology, effective May 3,2021, with salary at Step 25 on the 1610 Point Scale of

the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary

increases applicable to Executive to apply, and in accordance with terms and

conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
