Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint David
Heffernan as Associate Deputy Minister, Digital Government, in the Department of
Digital Government and Service Newfoundland and Labrador, effective April 28,
2021, in addition to his duties as Chief Information Officer, Office of the Executive
Council, with no change in salary as a result of this additional assignment.
