Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Patricia A.
Hearn as Deputy Minister of Immigration, Population Growth and Skills, effective
April 28, 2021, in addition to her duties as Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental
Affairs, Office of the Executive Council, with no change in salary as a result of this
additional assignment. (Revoked by OC2022-222)
