Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Katie Norman

as Assistant Deputy Minister, Immigration and Population Growth, in the Department

of Immigration, Population Growth and Skills, effective April 28,2021, at her current

salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step

progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
