Energy Corporation Act
Under the authority of subsection 6(2), subsection 7(3) and section 9 of the Energy
Corporation Act, and paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to:
a) appoint Jennifer Williams as a member of the Board of Directors and Chief
Executive Officer of Nalcor Energy, effective June 16, 2021; and
b) authorize the Board of Directors of Nalcor Energy to enter into a Service Contract
with Jennifer Williams, a copy of which is to be placed on file with the Clerk of
the Executive Council.
