Hydro Corporation Act
Under the authority of subsection 6(2), subsection 7(3) and section 9 of the Hydro
Corporation Act, 2007, and paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments
Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Jennifer
Williams as a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of
Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-electric, effective June 16,2021, intil such time
as the position is filled in accordance with the Independent Appointments
Commission Act.
