Under the authority of section 6, subsection 7(3) and section 9 of the Energy

Corporation Act and subsection 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments

Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to:

1) reappoint H. Stanley Marshall as a member of the Board of Directors and Chief

Executive Officer of Nalcor Energy, on the terms and conditions approved by the

Premier; and

2) authorize the Board of Directors of Nalcor Energy to extend the current Service

Contract with Mr. H. Stanley Marshall, with the final version to be placed on file

with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
