Hydro Corporation Act
Under the authority of section 7 of the Hydro Corporation Act and subsection 9(2)(b)
of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased to reappoint H. Stanley Marshall as a member of the Board of
Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro
electric Corporation.
