Under the authority of subsection 39(3) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to direct the shareholders and the Boards

of Directors of Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-electric Corporation to take all

measures necessary to effect the reappointment of H. Stanley Marshall as a member

of the Board of Directors of the Churchill Falls (Labrador) Corporation Limited and

the Lower Churchill Development Corporation Limited, for the duration of his

appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro

electric Corporation.
