Under the authority of subsections 3(3) and 4(1) of the Energy Corporation Act, and

subsection 245(2) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is

pleased to direct the Board of Directors of Nalcor Energy, to take all measures

necessary to effect the appointment of H. Stanley Marshall as a member to the Board

of Directors of Labrador-Island Link General Partner Corporation, Labrador-Island

Link Operating Corporation, Muskrat Falls Corporation, Labrador Transmission

Corporation, Nalcor Energy Marketing Corporation, Nalcor Energy - Oil & Gas Inc.,

Nalcor Energy - Bull Arm Fabrication Inc., Gull Island Power Corporation Limited

and Lower Churchill Management Corporation each of these corporations, for the

duration of his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Nalcor Energy.
