Public Inquiries Act, 2006
Under the authority of section 16 of the Public Inquiries Act, 2006, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to make the “Inquiry Respecting Ground Search and
Rescue for Lost and Missing Persons Order (Amendment), a copy of which is on file
with the Clerk of the Executive Coimcil, to extend the date for the submission of the
Commissioner’s Final Report from June 30,2021, to November 30,2021.
