Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief
Information Officer to pre-commit funds in the amount of $300,000 in fiscal 2022-
23, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the award of a two-year
agreement with Stratejm Inc. for the provisioning of managed security services.
