Under the authority of subsection 37(4) of the Mineral Act and section 22 of the

Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

authorize the Minister of Industry, Energy and Technology to appoint Liam

O’Brien as temporary Chairperson of the Mineral Rights Adjudication Board to

hear the grievance filed related to mineral licence 025594M, for a period not

exceeding six months.
