Under the authority of section 19 of the Endangered Species Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue and add conditions to an Economic Activity Permit to Nalcor and/or its subsidiary corporation(s) for the Labrador Island Transmission Link, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
