Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to close permanently and to transfer the section of abandoned highway reservation at Hearts Delight-Islington, delineating an area of 1009 square metres, as outlined and described in Annex B to the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs.
