Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey a surplus parcel of land located in Conception Bay South, to Douglas and Sarah Stanley, as outlined and described in Annex B of the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, in exchange for other land owned by Douglas and Sarah Stanley that is required for construction of the Conception Bay South By-Pass Phase II.
