Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to close permanently and to transfer the section of abandoned highway reservation at Paradise, NL, delineating an area of 152.37 square metres, as outlined and described in Annex B to the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Mr. Joe Firth and Ms. Alice Firth.
