Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey a vacant parcel of land located in the Town of Portugal Cove - St. Philips, to John Tucker and Deborah Tucker, as outlined and described in Annex B of the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, for the consideration and subject to those terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
