Under the authority of subsection 39(3) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby directs the Board of Directors of

Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro Electric Corporation to absorb the cost of the

2006 General Rate Application Deferral Rate Subsidy to July 1,2022.
