Under the authority of section 68 of the Income Tax Act, 2000, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to make the regulations entitled “Film and Video
Industry Tax Credit Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with
the Clerk of the Executive Council.
