Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to close permanently the section of abandoned highway reservation at Hopeall, delineating an area of 7100 square metres, as outlined and described in Annex B of the Minister’s Submission, and to transfer forever the administration and control of the section of abandoned highway reservation to the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs.
