Under the authority of section 29 of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992

and on recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Public Safety, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint and appoint the following individuals to the

Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Public Complaints Commission Panel of

Adjudicators, for a three-year term, with effect from a current date:

Reappointments:

a)   Gregory A. French, QC, as Chief Adjudicator;

b)   Andrew Wadden, QC;

c)   Kimberley Norwood;

d)   John O’Dea, QC;

e)   Colleen Hanrahan;

f)   Kimberley Mackay;

g)   Raymond Critch;

h)  David A. Mills, QC;

Appointments:

i)   Dennis Mahoney;

j)   Jacqueline Penney, QC; and

k)  Greg Noseworthy.
