Under the authority of subsection 4(1) of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University of Newfoundland to

grant an easement over two parcels of land to Newfoundland Power and Bell Canada,

substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to

facilitate the replacement of oil boilers with electrical boilers at Prince of Wales

Collegiate.
