Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act
and in accordance with paragraph 9(2)(a) of the Independent Appointments Commission
Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint Wayde Gerald Rowsell
as a Worker Representative to the WorkplaceNL Board of Directors, for a three-year
term, with effect from a current date.
