Oil and Gas Corporation Act
Under the authority of subsection 12(1) of the Oil and Gas Corporation Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Charles Randell as Interim
Chairperson of the Board of Directors, effective July 16,2021.
