Pension Benefits Act, 1997
Under the authority of section 78 of the Pension Benefits Act, 1997, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations entitled “Pension Benefits Act
Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive
Council.
