Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 20 of the Buildings Accessibility Act and in accordance

with paragraph 21(2)(a) of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint the following individuals to the Buildings

Accessibility Appeal Tribunal, for two-year terms, with effect from a current date:

a) Michael Duffy, Chairperson;

b) Derrick House, Vice-Chairperson;

c) Brenda Kelleher-Flight;

d) Emily Fouchard; and

e) Stephen Burbridge.
