Lobbyist Registration Act
Under the authority of section 23 of the Lobbyist Registration Act and paragraph
21(l)(c) of the Interpretation Act, and in accordance with section 4 of the Independent
Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to
appoint LeeAnn Montgomery, as Alternate Commissioner of Lobbyists, to address a
conflict investigation, effective immediately until such time as the investigation is
concluded, and to set her remuneration at an annual salary of $25,000, to be prorated on
a bi-weekly basis.
