Provincial Court Act, 1991
Under the authority of paragraph 16(2)(a) of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Gladys Dunne to the Judicial
Council of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, for a three-year term,
effective from a current date.
