Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 17 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative

of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to transfer the function

and designated staff responsible for the collection of income and employment

support overpayments from the Department of Immigration, Population Growth and

Skills to the Central Provincial Collectors unit of the Department of Digital

Government and Service Newfoundland and Labrador.
