Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Judith Hearn as Deputy Minister of Women and Gender Equality, with the Office of Women and Gender Equality, Office of the Executive Council, effective September 1^st, 2021, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
