Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 36(1) of the Human Rights Act, 2010 and in accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Govemor in Council is pleased to appoint the following members to the Human Rights Commission Panel of Adjudicators, for a three-year term, with effect from a current date: 

a) Barbara Agnes Barker; 

b) Allison Conway; 

c) Michael Herbert Duffy; 

d) Meghan Gardner; and 

e) Rebecca Redmond MacLean, QC.
