Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 13.1 of the Fatalities Investigations Act and in accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Child Death Review Committee, effective immediately, for a three-year term:

a)          Catherine Barker-Pinsent, as Chairperson;

b)          Jill Quilty, as Vice-Chairperson;

c)          Colleen Fox;

d)          Noreen Careen;

e)          Colleen Galgay; and

f)           Crystal Northcott.
