Under the authority of section 17 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to transfer the function and designated staff responsible for the design, evaluation, approval, and execution of forest resource road and forest harvesting engineering projects, being PCN00000731, PCN00009429, and PCN00009430, from the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure to the Department of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture, effective September 2, 2021.
