Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 33 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Industry, Energy and Technology to execute and deliver the Terra Nova Sanction Period Contribution Agreement and the Terra Nova Fiscal Agreement, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
